ECER Investor Incentives

Recent ECER incentives will encourage investors participation in the development plan of Lagenda Tunjong.

The RM1.2 billion development is now a project under the East Coast Regional Economic Corridor. Since receiving incentive from ECER, the development plan in Lagenda Tunjong has seen a growing demand of investors.

The incentives memorandum signed between the two parties in November, 2014, enables investors of Lagenda Tunjong to receive tax exemption, stamp duty and and access to finance loan facilities. This incentive provided by ECER will increase investors interest towards Lagenda Tunjong.

The ECER (East Coast Economic Region) MOU Event, was officiated by Prime Minister, Dato’ Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak on Monday, 17th November 2014.
